    2-Day and Next Day shipments require a signature for delivery. The carriers we use pick-up and deliver orders Monday through Friday. Saturday delivery is not available at this time. If you prefer to have your package left without a signature, please contact the carrier to make alternative arrangements. We are unable to authorize the re-routing of a package to an address other than the one selected at the time you place your order. You should allow 1 day for the order to be processed by our fulfillment center before counting transit time.

    U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, and U.S. Protectorates

    Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

    If your order is being sent to a U.S. protectorate, you have three shipping options to choose from: Standard, Priority, and Express Shipping. If you select Priority or Express, your shipment will be considered international and may be subject to customs fees and import duties. Always select "United States" in the Country field and always double-check you have the correct Zip code.

    $4.00 per shipment - flat rate. 

    Priority Shipping - 3 Business Days
    $10.00 per shipment + $3.00 per item

    Express Shipping - 2 Business Days

    APO, FPO, and DPO Addresses

    All shipments to APO, FPO, DPO addresses are sent via the United States Postal Service (USPS). We estimate 5-7 business days for delivery once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

    $4.00 per shipment - flat rate. 

    Priority Shipping - Usually 3 Business Days
    $5.00 per shipment + $2.00 per item

    Express Shipping - Usually 2 Business Days
    $15.00 per shipment + $3.00 per item

    Please use following steps when completing our order form:

    • Enter your PCS, Unit No., or Box No. in the street address field
    • Enter APO, FPO or DPO in the city field
    • Select the appropriate AA, AE, AP in the state field.
    • Enter your international phone number in the phone field
    • Always select "United States" from the drop-down list of countries regardless of where the recipient is stationed

    We are unable to authorize the re-routing of a package to an address other than the one selected at the time you place your order. You should allow 1 day for the order to be processed by our fulfillment center before counting transit time. As the USPS is unable to specify time commitments on their web site the number of transit days above are estimated.

    Canada

    Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.

    Standard Shipping - Usually 8 to 16 Business Days (can take up to 30 business days)
    $5.00 per shipment + $4.00 per item.

    Priority Shipping - 6 to 10 Business Days
    $16.00 per shipment + $4.00 per item 

    Express Shipping - 2 to 5 Business Days 
    $25.00 per shipment + $5.00 per item

    Import Fees 
    Import Fees and taxes may be accessed by Revenue Canada. The payment of these duties and taxes, if applicable, is the responsibility of the importer.

    International Addresses (excluding Canada)

    The United States Postal Service (USPS) no longer sends books by surface mail therefore all standard orders are sent by USPS Airmail. Other options include Priority Shipping, and Express Shipping.

    USPS Airmail - 8 to 16 Business Days (can take up to 30 business days)
    $20.00 per shipment + $6.00 per item.

    Priority Shipping - 6 to 10 Business Days
    Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.
    $30.00 per shipment + $6.00 per item.

    Express Shipping - 2 to 6 Business Days
    Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.
    $38.00 per shipment + $6.00 per item.

    International customers should note that all prices quoted are U.S. dollars, so the bank that owns your credit card must support payment in this manner. You will be charged according to the prevailing exchange rate on the day that your bank posts the transaction.

    Customs and Import Duties Information
    You may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, when ordering from NewLineBooks.com, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. If the order is a gift, the package is marked "GIFT", but the cost of the items is still stated on the customs form. Currently we are not able to describe the contents in any other way.

    Can I use my own courier account number?

    Please note that if you wish to utilize your own courier service provider such as UPS, Fed Ex, DHL, Airborne etc then you will be charged a handling fee of $5.00 per order. In order to provide your account details, please complete this information when you check out and advise which level of service you seek.

    General Address Tips

    Providing us with error-free shipping and billing addresses will avoid unnecessary delays and allow us to get your order delivered as quickly as possible. Here are a few tips to keep in mind:

    1. Your billing address MUST match the address that appears on your monthly credit card or bank statement. Be sure to check your statement for accuracy.

    2. Leave fields blank if they don't apply to your shipping or billing address. Do not enter "N/A", "Not Applicable", "None", "Same", etc.

    3. Enter information in the appropriate fields. For example, do not enter city and state information in the "Address Line 2" field; use the provided city and state fields instead.

    4. Avoid using accent marks or non-English characters as these may delay the processing of your order.

    5. Do not enter shipping or delivery instructions in any of the address fields but use the field where indicated for any comments you may have.

    Will some of my order be shipped separately?

    Our web site is based on titles that are currently available so your order is expected to ship complete. Should some title suddenly become unavailable then we will let you know by email and issue a credit for the corresponding value to your credit card within 48 hours.

    Is it possible to cancel items once my order has been submitted?

    Due to the fast turnaraound time with our fulfillment center it is not possible to cancel your order once it has been confirmed.

    Commercial Mail Receiving Agency (CMRA) Addresses

    If you are a private mailbox holder (use a local commercial mail receiving agency), do not use "Box" for your mailbox number; instead, use # or PMB. This will help make sure that your address is not mistaken for a P.O. Box, and that orders can ship to you via means other than the U.S. Postal Service.
